The Culling of Orge Mound, Duskwood.


Do you want to know what life is like in the Darkshire Guard? Lots of Drill Training, lots of combat training and patroling. Sounds boring. But when all fel breaks loose, you are trained to be the last hope of the citizens of Stormwind. Here are some pictures of a recent culling of Orge Mound, Duskwood, photo's stoped once combat began.

 Here is a small Darkshire Guard squad showing a normal arrow head formation, this formation is vital in many different situations.

 Formation are a important part of training guards, Drill Training, normaly instructed by Drill Master Barry Stonehatchet is a large part of Guard training, as well as team building, combat training and crowd control.

 Here you can see the same squad with a Civilian behind the safty line. This is also a formation trained often as it is again used in many different situations. Including the Doomsday Cultist problem, where Guard restricted citizens entering the City. This is a prime example of how important it is to drill such formations into a guards mind.

 Here you can see a single line again with a civilian in the back. Here you can see every single part is covered, this formation is useful in riot situations and culling.

Darkshire Town Hall, The HQ of The Darkshire Guard, even though due to a bomb going off a couple of months ago, the town hall is still proudly the HQ of The Darkshire Guard, Commander Stormeye's main office is also located inside the Town Hall and council meetings are also located in the Town Hall. A fine example of new generation Human architecture.


Stormwind Defence!

After the recent trouble in Stormwind City, the Darkshire Guard have doubled their patrols of the City, carming citizens and arresting illegal cultist followers. Here are some pictures.....

 The Darkshire Guard is strict on uniform. All uniforms have been tested to be suitable in all terrain and is hard to cut. Uniform must be warn by all guards whilst on duty, however must be removed when off duty.

Here you can see a arrow head formation. This was before we confronted a large group of possible cultists. It is useful in riots and other large gatherings, as it seperates the force in to two managable groups.

 Here is a traditional double column formation, perfect for cross country patrols, however also makes the force look bulky and powerful, perfect for when Civilians need a little bit of reassurance.
