The Darkshire Guard are always recruiting Heavy RPers, or new players wishing to become Heavy RPers. All humans and dwarves are welcome to join, we accept all classes accept Death Knights. Here are some simple rules we expect all new recruits, already trained or not to have and remember...
Rule 1: Use correct spelling and grammar (But remember no one is perfect)
Rule 2: Be mature and grown up, we are a guard therefore you can not act like a child.
Rule 3: Respect your fellow members, training or already trained.
These are some simple rules which should fast track you to becoming a fully equiped Guard.
The Interview
The Interview is simple, however is made to spot the bad RPers from the good RPers. Some simple tips are....
Tip 1: Always use correct grammar.
Tip 2: Always make a IC entrance. (Make sure you walk into the venue, and do not run in with your mount ect.)
Tip 3: Always show respect towards the interviewer. (If you show respect for them then, it shows you will give respect for your officers in the future.
Tip 4: Thank the interviewer after, and always call them Sir or Ma'am.

The interviews are always based around Ten main questions, the wording may vairy but the main guidelines stick the same, for some help, here are the original questions...
Question 1: Full Name
Question 2: Age
Question 3: Birthplace
Question 4: Past Jobs or Professions
Question 5: Fathers Full Name
Question 6: Fathers Profession
Question 7: Crime Record
Question 8: Combat Experiance
Question 9: Reason For Joining
Question 10: Way you found out about us
Possible extra questions:
What class would you say you was brought up in? (I.e. Working, Middle, Upper or noble)
Have you any ties with criminal gangs or people of hostile tendencies?
Have you been involved in any activity which might put you or the guard force in danger?
Have you any injuries which may effect you're service?
Have you got any mental problems? (Paranoia)
Possible extra questions:
